A question came up that really made me think the other day. Being a teacher, I have all of the time over the summer to recharge the batteries and get prepped for another year of getting better at being a positive change in someone's life. This question, though, made me really think about the time that I'm actually spending now that I "have" it:
If you were granted one more hour every day for the rest of your life, how would you spend it?
I'm incredibly interested in the responses of others. I have my response, but I'll hold that for later. For now, I'd like to poll the audience. I would also love to ask students this question and hear how their context interprets this.
My biggest takeaway from this reflection has been, so far, that we all have time; it's just how you choose to make it available that sets you apart.
